I am an experienced and professionally qualified cognitive behavioural therapist offering CBT for common emotional and mental health problems. Whatever the difficulty that brings you to seek therapy I believe that CBT should be a journey, together with your therapist, to change things you are not happy with, to improve things that could be better for you and to reach a destination that makes a meaningful difference to your life.

At this difficult time, all my therapy work is taking place on-line using a video platform. This does mean that I am able to offer you one-off or just a few sessions to help you manage the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that you may be experiencing due to the Covid-19 situation.
